Approximately 80% of our stockholders live and work in the Lewis-Clark Valley and surrounding area. We are a Subchapter S corporation and the stock is not publicly traded. ANNUAL MEETING: Stockholder packets are generally mailed last business day of January each year. The packets include the prior year's annual financial report, distribution checks, K-1 notices for your personal income tax returns, annual meeting information and proxies, and a stamped return envelope for the proxies.
