PRIVACY POLICY
At Twin River National Bank customer service is our highest priority and we recognize that you expect privacy and security for your personal and financial information. Our goals are to serve you as effectively and conveniently as possible and to ensure that information you share with us remains confidential. What follows is an explanation of the policies and procedures we have developed to accomplish these goals.

Use, Collection, and Retention of Customer Information
We will collect, retain and use information about our customers only where it is allowed by law, reasonable, and for the purpose of administering our business to provide products, services, and other opportunities to customers. We collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources: 1) Information we receive from you on applications or other forms; 2) Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others; and 3) Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency. We collect and retain information about you only for specific business purposes and upon your request, we will explain why we are collecting and retaining any such information. (Examples: We require information about your credit history and your home in order to determine whether you qualify for a home loan. We ask for your social security number when we open a new savings account because we are required to do so by the Internal Revenue Service. We ask for other personal identifying information so that we can protect your account from fraud.)

Accuracy of Information
We understand that keeping your account information accurate and up to date is very important. If you ever find that our records are incomplete, inaccurate or not current, please call the telephone number on your account statement. We will correct the information as quickly as possible.

Security Procedures
We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.

Employee Access to Information
Our security procedures limit employee access to personally identifiable information to only those circumstances where there is a legitimate business reason for knowing such information. Our employees are trained in understanding the importance of confidentiality and customer privacy. Further, we require employees to agree in writing to protect the confidentiality of customer information and take appropriate disciplinary measures to enforce employee privacy responsibilities.

Restrictions on the Disclosure of Account Information
We do not reveal specific information about current or former customers' accounts or other personally identifiable data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent use unless

  • you request or authorize it
  • the information is provided to help complete a transaction initiated by you
  • the information is provided to a reputable credit bureau or similar information reporting agency;
  • the disclosure is otherwise lawfully permitted or required.
