ANNUAL
MEETING: Stockholder
packets are generally mailed the last business day of January.
The packets include the prior year's annual financial report, distribution
checks, K-1 notices for your personal income tax returns, annual
meeting information and proxies, and a stamped return envelope for the proxies.
Tax distribution checks are mailed out a few days prior to
your quarterly estimated tax payment IRS deadlines in April, June, September
and January.
