Lost or Stolen Cards!   Notify us immediately about a lost or stolen card.  Call Lindsey at 746-4848 or Margaret at 743-4848.    It is best if you talk direct to Lindsey or Margaret if possible.  They can flag your account immediately to stop unauthorized use.   If you do not act immediately, you will be responsible for the unauthorized use and lost funds.    (If you need to call on evenings or weekends, the number is 1-800-264-5578.)

ATM Card - Get Instant Cash........   You can now get cash and other services from Visa automated teller machines (ATMs) in more than 170 countries. The Visa global ATM network encompasses Plus, Visa's global mark for ATMs. Visa/Plus ATMs provide cash access to funds, generally 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

There's never a charge when you use our Twin River National Bank ATM machines located at our Clarkston, Downtown Lewiston and Lewiston Orchards branches. You are able to select your own personal identification number (PIN) to use at ATMs so it is easy to remember.

Just click to find an ATM near you or look for the PLUS logo.  PLUS ATM LOCATOR   To use the ATM Locator, just use the pull-down menu to select the country and city where you need to find a cash machine. 

Better than a check, it's a Debit Card........  Our signature based debit cards are safer than PIN based debit cards as you are required to sign for larger transactions and your signature and/or identification is checked at that time.  No checkbook to carry, no checks to write, no ID to show, and no waiting for check approval with your VISA Gold Check Card.  Get quick, convenient account access at more than 18 million VISA locations worldwide.  Just look for the VISA logo when making a purchase.  Be sure to select Credit when making a POS purchase, so that you can sign the purchase slip for added security or tell the salesperson to treat it like a credit card.

Activation Phone...   Cards must be activated by calling the 800 phone number which is affixed to the front of card on a sticker when you receive it.   Or by using the card in an ATM with your PIN it will also be activated.   The card must be activated before it will work for purchases.     

Most frequent problems with cards.   Cards need to be treated as a Credit for purchases and the customer must sign a sales slip.  If you choose Debit and enter your PIN number for a purchase it will not work.  

These limits are the defaulted limits when you apply for a card.  If you are planning a vacation where you want your limits increased or if you want your limits deceased for security reasons, please ask and we will implement almost immediately.
