Twin River National Bank estatements -  Click here to SIGN ON or ENROLL.   Click on "Sign up for eStatements" to complete a short form that will be sent to us to get your accounts set up and you will receive a confirmation by email also.  If you want all of your statements setup for eStatements just type in the word "all" in the space that asks for the last 4 numbers of your account.   We will then assign a UserName and password and notify you.   The first time you sign on you will be required to change the password.   

You will receive an email monthly when your statement is ready and you can go to our website and type in your UserName and password to access your statements.  

Enrolling in e-Statements helps to reduce your risk of Identity Theft and increases the ease with which you can locate, view and print up to 18 months of statements.  e-Statements are also a great way to make a green difference in your life.   By choosing to have your statements delivered electronically, you save paper & fuel costs.

How many months of statements will be stored online for me to view?
A rolling 18 months of statements will be stored online for each account for you to view.   They will not start accumulating until you have finished the enrollment process and successfully logged in for the first time.

How much do eStatements cost?
eStatements are free and there is no charge regardless of how many accounts you enroll.

Will I see my check images?
Yes, if you currently see them with your statement each month.  Your statements will be an exact digital copy of what you receive each month by mail.

If I choose eStatement delivery, do I have to keep it permanently?
No.  You can opt out of eStatement delivery at any time by simply contacting a new accounts representative at one of our branches during regular business hours.

What are the email addresses that I should add to my "safe senders" list in my email application?

How many email addresses can be setup to receive notification that my statement is ready to be viewed?
Only one email address can receive notification that your new statement is ready to be viewed, however you can check the website for it on it's normal delivery schedule without email notification and it will be available.

How do I log into eStatements?
You may log directly into the eStatement site if you are a Twin River National Bank customer.

What type of accounts can I enroll for eStatement delivery?
Currently only Checking and Savings accounts may be setup for eStatement delivery.

Do I have to be signed up for online banking to have eStatements?
No, eStatements are a separate product and don't require that you be enrolled in online banking.

What format are eStatements viewed in?
Your statements will be shown in PDF format which requires Adobe Acrobat to view them.  If you do not have Adobe Acrobat you may download it for free online.
